properties bought or sold through the "Save Washington County 4-H" Program. Properties purchased or sold through the program do not have to be located in Washington County, Minnesota. If you are registered with the program, and have executed a contract with Richard Paulsen of RE/MAX Specialists, he will make the donation. The donation is made by Richard Paulsen, and does not affect the money paid to your agent. The donation is transferred to a bank account held by the Washington County Federation at the closing of the transaction. There is no cost to a buyer or a seller to participate in this program.

A: Yes, we would pre-screen a RE/MAX agent that is located in or near the Miami, FL area and enter into a referral agreement and Richard Paulsen of RE/MAX Specialists would donate 10% of his commission through our 4-H program.
Q: My neighbor's mother is selling her home in Phoenix, AZ. Can she list her home in Phoenix through this fundraising program?
A: Yes, before she lists her house, she would contact us and we would assist her with contacting a qualified RE/MAX agent located in or near Phoenix, AZ.
Q: One of our neighbor's wishes to buy or sell his commercial building. Would this real estate transaction qualify to participate in this fundraising program?
A: Yes, Richard Paulsen with RE/MAX Specialists is qualified and has had numerous transactions in commercial listings and sales.
Q: We would like to sell our home in Ramsey County and buy a home in Dakota County. Can the sale and purchase participate in the 4-H fundraising program?
A: Yes, you may sell and/or buy a home in any county to qualify for this fundraising program. Selling and buying are two separate transactions and 10% of Richard Paulsen with RE/MAX Specialist's commission for each transaction will be donated to the 4-H program.
